The Saumweg project in Aalen, South Germany is part of a wider urban regeneration area. This residential project with 20 apartments comprising a total construction area of 3,500 m² sits in the most sensitive urban regeneration area of the town which underwent a major revitalization in the early 2000s. The project was completed significantly under the tight client budget plan which became a benchmark for all future developments in the city district.
